Report on past Activities:
Picnic in the Park - 40 people 13 cars. Hot but NO rain
Ladies' Lunch - Red Lobster 13 ladies attended
Men's Breakfast - Christo's, 14 men attended
Overnighter to Auburn - 6 cars attended reduced by 1 before we got to Delphi, Ken Ledman's Metropolitan over heated before we got to Delphi and had to be towed home. Ken told us that if he hadn't gone home he would've missed out on the chance for getting the 1948 Studebaker.
The rest of us continued on - we did some shopping in Middlebury and had a great lunch at Das Essenhaus, then on to Shipshewana for shopping and ice cream. Spent the evening visiting, playing cards and USA Trivia game.
Sunday morning we visited the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum, the National Auto & Truck Museum and the Early Ford V-8 Museum. As we headed back home - we had a lunch stop at the Magic Wand Restaurant in Charbusco, Indiana. This is an old time cafe with a clown themed decor and ice cream.
